About the Mistral 2L Commercial Blender
Built for the morning rush. A 2 200 W motor and hardened steel six-blade cluster turn frozen fruit, ice and fibrous ginger into silk in under 40 seconds, while the 2 litre Tritan jug handles 14 smoothies per batch. Twelve programmes take the judgement out of soup, sauce, hummus and crushed-ice prep, and the soft-start ramp stops jug overflows. The magnetic safety interlock and thermal cut-out protect your team and your warranty during a 200-cover breakfast.
Care and use
Wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Stainless steel parts tolerate commercial dishwashers unless noted otherwise. Every unit ships with a care card and access to our South African spares desk.
