We want every visitor to be able to browse, compare and buy our equipment, regardless of ability or device. This statement explains our accessibility goals, what we have implemented and how to tell us when something is not working.
1. Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Where a third-party video or embedded asset falls short, we provide descriptive captions and alternative text so information is never locked behind a single medium.
2. What we have implemented
- Semantic landmarks, a skip-to-content link and logical heading order on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation for menus, filters, quantity steppers, cart and checkout.
- Visible focus outlines and enlarged tap targets on mobile.
- Text and interface colours tested for contrast on our light theme.
- Descriptive alternative text for product photography and named video controls.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences, which disables animations.
- Form labels, error messages announced to assistive technology, and no time-limited checkout steps.
3. Known limitations
Some historical product video is supplied by a third-party host and may lack a full text transcript; product pages always include the same information in writing. Complex specification tables may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens.

5. Physical showroom
Our Mbombela showroom has level access, accessible parking and wide aisles. Please let us know in advance if you require assistance so we can prepare the space and dedicate a team member to you.
