About the Solstice 9L Gold-Trim Chafing Dish
Buffet food should look like it was styled for the room, not scooped from a warmer. The Solstice chafing dish pairs a mirror-polished 304 stainless steel basin with a hand-brushed gold trim and softly domed lid, catching candlelight and giving salads, bobotie, curry and rice a proper stage. A water pan and two chafing fuel holders hold 60–85 °C for up to four hours, while the cool-touch handles and locking lid make mid-service top-ups quick and safe. Spoons or tongs rest neatly on the integrated utensil notch, and the whole unit breaks down flat for storage and travel.
Care and use
Wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Stainless steel parts tolerate commercial dishwashers unless noted otherwise. Every unit ships with a care card and access to our South African spares desk.
