1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cannot be switched off because the shop cannot work without them.
- ae_cart — stores a random token that links your browser to your server-side cart. Expires after 30 days. No personal details in the cookie itself.
- Security and load-balancing cookies set by our hosting provider, required for the site to function.
2. Analytics cookies
With your consent we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help customers find equipment. We aggregate data, avoid advertising profiles, and do not share individual visitor data with advertisers.
3. Marketing cookies
If we run advertising (for example Google Ads or Merchant Center promotions), third parties may set cookies to measure conversions. These are only set with your consent and you can withdraw it at any time via your browser settings.
4. Embedded media
Product and kitchen films are served from third-party video hosts. Their own privacy terms may apply when the media loads. Poster images are served from our own domain.
5. Managing cookies

6. POPIA and consent
Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, in line with POPIA. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights over the information those cookies generate.
